The Mountain States Ground Water Association invites you to exhibit at our Expo 2008! The Expo will again be held
at the Flamingo in Laughlin. Hosted by the Ground Water and Water Well Associations
of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah, this is THE show to exhibit at and reach qualified buyers
of your products and services. In addition to members of these Associations, other individuals involved in the water supply
industry are also in attendance.
HOTEL INFORMATION and RATES
The
Flamingo Laughlin is located at 1900 South Casino Drive in Laughlin, Nevada. This facility offers some of Laughlin’s finest rooms and suites on the banks of the beautiful Colorado River,
including a wide variety of restaurants from casual to gourmet dining. (Special hotel rates of $27.00 for Wednesday and Thursday
nights and $45.00 for Friday and Saturday nights have been arranged. Call 1-800-662-5825 to make your reservations and mention
the code of C/MOU08 GC. These rates are ensured only for reservations made prior to January 30, 2008.)
The
exhibit area and meetings rooms are located on the second floor with convenient access to the loading docks and elevators.
BOOTH
PRICE
Booth prices are as follows:

$680 per 8l’ x 10w’ booth if postmarked by October 31, 2007.
·
$730 per 8l’ x 10w’ booth if postmarked after October 31, 2007.
·
$280 per outdoor exhibit display.
·
$880 inside/outside combo if postmarked by October 31, 2007.
·
$930 inside/outside combo if postmarked after October 31, 2007.
In
order to give more firms an opportunity to exhibit at our Expo, please limit your inside booth spaces to a maximum of two.
To guarantee your selected space(s), be sure to get your reservation in early. Booth rental includes 8’x10’ or
8'x8' booth, 8’ table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket and identification sign (7”x44”). There will be an additional
charge for electrical, extra furniture and shipping or receiving. Exhibit information offering these will be sent to you at
a later date.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTS
Booths will
be assigned according to the date your signed contract and payment is received. Upon
receipt, confirmation will be sent with booth assignment. Every effort will be made to assign booth space according
to preferences indicated on your contract. Booth
sizes may change slightly based upon fire code restrictions.
PROGRAM ADVERTISING
A Program book will be available for distribution at the Expo. Placing an ad in this program is another way of getting your message to those attending.

CANCELLATONS
and REFUNDS
50% of payment will be refunded
if written cancellation is received by December
28, 2007. No refunds will be given after that time.
LIABILITY
The Mountain States Ground Water
Association or any member or employee of the aforementioned organization shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or
damage from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by an exhibitor, their employees or property. The exhibitor, upon execution
of this contract, expressly releases the foregoing named party, individuals and employees from any and all claims for such
loss, injury or damage. Upon acceptance of the agreement by Mountain States Ground
Water Association, it shall be a legally binding agreement between the exhibitor and Mountain States Ground Water Association.
The Association will do all in its power to cooperate with its exhibitors to make this show
successful for all concerned.
